sweet candy

last friday, i went to greenbelt 3 for candy's farewell dinner. it was a sad day for all of us since we won't be seeing much of her because she will be working for a different company. but i am really excited and happy for my dear friend because this can be a beggining for bigger things.

"Do not trust anyone who doesn't drink." max shared to me that piece of wisdom he got from his father. earlier that evening, he found out that i never really drink, so he asked me to try something just for that night. he gave me a glass of mudslide; a mixture of chocolate with a little bit vodka, bailey's and kahlua. it took me a while to finish it, but i succeeded. max concluded that he can now trust me since i technically had a drink :)

aedner, nikki, candy, tabel and i continued the night and transferred to ice bar, also in greenbelt 3. the five of us were really excited since we looked forward to dancing the whole night. we entered ice bar, and made ourselves comfortable on one of the couches. we've only been there for less than 10 minutes. everything's perfect.

then we realized that someone took candy's bag! crap!

i don't really want to get into the details of what happened after, but it was really depressing.

what a way to end the evening.
