O yes! He really is back. BM likes surprises, but we never expected that HE will surprise us. He went home last Friday. Zaide was busy preparing for work while my dad was busy cooking our dinner when they heard a familiar meow. Then there he was sitting on our parent's bedroom window. My dad noticed that BM really looked scared and was meow-ing non-stop until Zaide carried him. Bunso sent me a text message while I was on my way home from the office that BM's back. I couldn't believe it at first because it has been a month since he was gone. We all concluded that he might be dead hence the weather and lack of food. You might think that we are all cynical, but really, in the back of our heads, we are hopeful that there will come the day that he will come home to us. And he did!Our theory was someone caught BM and decided to keep him. And then, with all his might, tried to escape. Maybe that's why he was sooo thin and sooo scared when Zaide found him by the window. All of us showered BM a well-deserved dupong and Bunso prepared a cup-full of dinner for our dearest cat.
He occassionally have this long meows whenever we talk to him, somewhat trying to tell us the story of his mishaps and adventures while he was away. And we always say to him that we are all happy that he is back, and don't ever leave again.
"Meow!" BM replied.
