Here It Goes Again

Been having back pains for the past three days and I have no idea why. The pain is excruciating, it feels like someone hit me with a malet. I've had lumbar strain earlier this year. The doctor advised that I should do some excercise. He recommended a 15-minute walk everyday would be enough, no exercise equipment required. I faithfully do that everyday, plus I drink milk every morning and before I go to bed. I'm guessing its because I stopped taking vitamins for a month now. I never imagined that the effect would be this painful. Actually, I had a couple more of my vitamins, but I gave it to my mom instead because I know that she needed it more. Oh well...

Maiba tayo, Zaide is on his way to Quiapo today to get an NBI clearance for his new job. I just hope he keeps his promise of finishing his course this schoolyear. We had a deal earlier this year that he's suppose to quit his job come October because the semester will be starting. He did quit his former job, but he applied for a new one. Time really flies. As much as I wanted to push him not to take this job and concentrate on his practice teaching course, I know that he's old enough to decide on his own. All I can do is just pray and hope that he'll manage his time and accomplish everything that he needs to accomplish.
