Hold Me Tight And Think Of Home

Finally! Stardust is here! I saw the poster along EDSA. October 10. Yey! After a month of waiting, I can see Tristran Thorn, Yvaine and the rest of the characters in Neil Gaiman's fairytale come to life. I read the book four months ago and I noticed that the novel is a bit different among Gaiman's previous releases. Most of his novels are a bit dark and sometimes scary (like Neverwhere). I've had nightmares after reading some of his novels. Stardust, on the other hand, is very light and funny. I can recommend the book to a twelve-year-old. Of course, there's still a touch of Gaiman's dark imagination on how he described the numerous antagonists in the story. But no nightmares for me after reading this book. I'm planning to read the book again before I watch the film. Unfortunately, I don't have my own copy :( Anyway, I still have big chunks of the scenes from the book in my memory.

Here's the trailer of the film:
