To some people, opinions matter whenever they want to purchase clothes, shoes, or maybe something big like a house or a car. An officemate have been asking around about what to keep in mind before he purchase a new TV: What brand's the best? Where's the best place to go? and When is the perfect timing? I'm not really sure what kind of TV will he end up buying, a panasonic 32 inch LCD maybe on his list, you'll never know.
