Of Taho and Loans

I had Taho this morning. I don't really pay attention to the sidewalk vendors in the morning since I want to reach the bus station immediately from the FX terminal in Ortigas. Earlier was different because the vendor had this very bright smile and said Ma'am mainit pa 'ho... I just had to have that.

Gene and I were talking about loans yesterday while on our way to lunch. Loans, or securing one these days are considered one of the most popular means to get money for emergency expenses. I've been hearing about the different kinds of loans when I was a kid because my parents avail these services. I don't have any idea if they filed an application for Homeowner loans, but these lending services was a big help when we we're moving to a new home. Unsecured loans  are unavoidable so better avail of those that are tried and tested like the ones offered by trusted banks and government agencies like SSS.

It's still a year away for me to enjoy this benefits of getting a loan in SSS, but at least it's something that my family can turn to when we need it.
