As promised, I'll share to you some photos from last Sunday at Richie and Ivy's wedding. The ceremony was held at Fernwood Gardens in Quezon City. I bought a new dress and a peep-toe sandals to match just for the event because I don't have anything in my closet fit to wear in a formal event like this. LOL. I loooove my dress! It's comfy plus I bought it in a specialty store. People at Mint, where I got the dress, said that they only make one piece of every design that they have, so that means I'm the only one who has this particular dress. Über nice!
Anyway, enough raving and more about the wedding. I went there with Gene and Olive. We meet up at Trinoma. It's the first time for the three of us to stroll around Trinoma mall so we lost track of time and arrived a bit late at Fernwood. We missed the bridal march, where Richie sang Forevermore while Ivy walked down the aisle.

There was a small program at the reception. Part of the program gave time for the close friends to give their wishes and share stories about the newlyweds. My favorite among the well-wishers was Richie's twin sister, Ma-Rose. I could tell from Ma-Rose's chosen words that she and Richie were very close and she was happy and sad at the same time. But the highlight of the evening was definitely the AVP about Richie and Ivy's love story. I was sooo kilig on the "How he proposed" part. Really romantic. I was also impressed with the groom's relatives because almost everyone of them rendered a song or two during the program. Now I know where Richie got his great singing voice. It was a long night for the couple and for us, but we left early from the venue because it's a Sunday and everybody had an early meeting the next day. But I'm sure everyone had fun and enjoyed the romantic ambiance of Fernwood.
Congratulations, Richie and Ivy! :)
