I think that is actually John Cow, internet superstar, just not so big.
From the image it looks to be JohnCow, not JohnChow. But still a great accomplishment.
Actually, John Chow runs JohnChow.com and JohnCow.com is ran by someone who made a successful spinoff site.

I remember once I blogged about a TV show and one of the network employees left a comment. Made me feel like Big Brother was watching me, LOL.
