PC's Not So Good Yet

Our PC is still not doing great. This really sucks, especially during these past few weeks because my brother have a lot of term papers to submit. It has been a week since our hired technician checked it. The programs kept on shutting down by itself whenever my brother types a document or working on a presentation. He said that he will drop by as soon as he discovered where the problem was coming. But he warned me that it might be the RAM. I don't know if ours needs something like an IBM memory or faster to resolve the problem, but it will definitely be a pain, yet again, in our budget. *sighs* computers... computers...
