Brush

She's on a fighting mode. I guess this is what being glued to Kung Fu Panda and running out of cat supplies does to a very old and grumpy feline.

Seven years ago, she came to us as a cute and very cuddly little kitten. In fact, she's so tiny that she can fit into my pocket. The whole family was new to having pets that all of us--my two brothers, my mom and dad, and a very scared and yet excited me--were really keen with getting used to the early morning meows.

Brush grew up to be a very stubborn yet affectionate cat. She knows how to ask for food when she's hungry, for water when she's thirsty, and a whole lot of attention when she needs it. I love the way she rubs her cheeks on my face in the morning when she wakes me up, and when she runs at the gate when I come home from work.

She's having kittens soon, and I can't wait to meet them. It's actually her third batch of kittens, but for us, it still feels like it's her first.

Hey Atniz,

Thanks for visiting my page.

The first two batches of kittens grew up. We gave most of them to our neighbors and friends, and two stayed with us.

Thanks. Brush is a very happy cat, she's a bundle of energy, maybe that's why she still looks young :)

Ha ha ha! Made me remember my first cat! That darn cat of ironies he had a name of a girl mouse (Minnie!) and before that cat died on us he brought his litters from one of his many affairs to our home, I mean who ever heard of male cat bringing home his litters!

Hey Ryan,

Finally, you've spotted my blog! Told you, google's all it takes. That's a cool name for a cat, haha.

It's a bit disgusting, but maybe Minnie thought that his litters were treasures. LOL.
