Found this map of the Cat's Brain at Ate Nats’s blog.

Cat Brain

Ate Nats and her cat Meowsie are the reasons why I started to like cats, and dogs too. Meowsie was the first (the second was my long-gone cat, B.M. *sniffs) smart cat that I met. I remember him giving me an inquiring glance while suspiciously sniffing my shoes the first time I went to sleep over at Ate's apartment in U.P. village seven years ago. But after a while, he sort of got fond of me and would sleep either in between my feet or would sneak and lie comfortably on my back. Medyo mabigat sya, but he's quite charming so what the heck. Hehe.

Now, I have my own cats who have been with our family for almost six years now. Let me introduce to you Brush, Junior and Charcoal and their personalities according to the Map Of The Cat Brain:

Brush is the oldest of the three. Not that she needed skin care, but she's the most vain and the most snobbish. She's at her most snobbish during meals. She doesn't want to eat with the other two and would prefer to have her own bowl. A short circuit that makes a purring Brush an arm-shredding maniac in two seconds is what made her special. She also has this unexplainable fetish with a spot on my bed.

Junior is the one obsessed with imaginary insects and has an inability to get along with a new cat. His flirt button is perpetually on and has been very vocal about loathing dogs.

Charcoal, the youngest is also obsessed with imaginary insects. She hates the camera. Her hobby is to search and destroy things like trash bags, cushions and pots when she's bored. We do not have a vacuum cleaner, but she would always pick a fight with our walis tambo.

We used to have B.M., but he decided to leave us three years ago. Of all of our cats, B.M.'s the smartest. Sleeping is his favorite medium when showing his artistic side.

He must've forgotten our address because we haven't receive a letter or haven’t heard from him since. But we still believe that he's out there finding his way back.

Or maybe not.
