I have lost count on how many times I have seen this trailer for Fox's new TV series and I still end up laughing so hard! The new show is titled "The New Girl" and stars Zooey Deschanel. Many must have known the lead actress as the charming heart-breaker, Summer, in (500) Days of Summer. This time, Deschanel is bringing that charm and perfect comedic timing on TV with this new series coming this fall. Deschanel stars as “a quirky teacher who moves in with three guys — the cynic, the player and the man-child — after being dumped.”
The trailer only said "this fall" and there is still no exact premiere date that has been officially released. I heard the new show comes right after Glee.
After watching the trailer over and over, I just can't help but sing

Social media sites have been buzzing about Chris Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises since last year. People have been tweeting and writing about it on their blogs to break the monotony of subjects such as hot tub cover. Earlier today, the movie's official website revealed a picture of one of the villains to watch out for: Bane.
Tom Hardy will give life to one of Batman's nemesis in the new film set to be released on 2012.
Google's translation function may come in handy, but you cannot teach a machine the concept of context. Now why am I talking about this. Well, I am about to work on translating the lyrics of Up Dharma Down's new track, Indak in English for my friend Tony. He tried Google's translator feature and here's what he got:
Operate and act
If you think I should withdraw Wanting to go, attack
The pending hinga'y
The reason you know
They say anything more
One will have only two
But I'm confused now
I Will
In my mind also previously been hectic?
Or just iindak
On the pulse of the heart
And I expect that only
You do not aapakan my feet
Pipikit only and What Do
While watching him ...
Away and back
With their own unique hug and a kiss change
Keeping and to repent
While you papiglas in. I would land
HAVING just two of us know
But does not realize of who I give the
Will that ever thought to know the accurate
Or it will prevent her true love
Iindak only ever on the pulse of the heart
And I expect her not only my feet aapakan
Pipikit only and will be happy to
While sad
While sad, one also glad
Sometimes she can be crying
The translation is very verbatim and did not capture the contextual lyrics of the song. As I said, you cannot teach a machine the concept of context.
I'll have to work on a review on pro complex gainer and then start working with it right away. Wish me luck?
I went to Route 196 last night to watch Up Dharma Down. It was an extra-special gig because it was the first time the band played their first single for their up-coming third album. The song is called Indak (Dance).
Here's a video of Up Dharma Down performing Indak:
Up Dharma Down - Indak (lyrics)
Tatakbo at gagalaw
Mag-iisip kung dapat bang bumitaw
Kulang na lang, atakihin
Ang pag-hinga’y nabibitin
Ang dahilan na alam mo na
Kahit ano pang sabihin nila
Pipikit na lamang at mag-sasayaw
Habang nanonood siya…
Paalis at pabalik
May baong yakap at suklian ng halik
Mag-papaalam at mag-sisisi
I found myself almost teary-eyed while listening to it. Overwhelmed and happy for Carlos, Ean, Armi and Paul sharing this new masterpiece with us for the first time. The song is about someone who's torn in choosing between two people that are both very dear. That one will always end up being hurt even though you don't want to.

How many times I have seen it? I have lost count. But every time I watch Some Kind Of Wonderful, it's always feels like I am watching it for the first time. I just had to stop in writing my article on how to get rid of whiteheads when I saw this picture. This is when Watts confronted the bullies because they were calling her and Keith names. The movie had a very simple plot, just like John Hughes' other films, but there is something about this film that I cannot explain. I am most of the time drawn towards it. Or anything related to it. Of course, one of them is Eric Stoltz. But there is more. Chemistry, maybe. Or Watt's very relatable character.
Summer is almost over. I was on the verge of dreading the remaining days of this month because we had a storm a couple of days ago. We haven't gone to our company outing yet at the time. But I am thankful that the storm lasted only two days, sparing the outing weekend. Yay!
Teloworks family at Palm Beach Resort in Batangas. Spot me! :P
There are a couple of things I need to write tonight, like an article on foods that increase testosterone, but thought to write something about my weekend first.
So we went to Palm Beach resort in Batangas. It was a four-hour drive from Makati. There were a wee-bit of interruptions with the ride going to Batangas but we made it. It was a beautiful sunny Saturday, and that made us more excited. The water was calm, perfect for swimming, snorkeling and boating. But some of us decided to spend most of the day having great conversations about everything we could think of over a couple of drinks. We never really had the chance to bond with our other colleagues at work, and that venue was perfect. Games were held during the afternoon and a barbecue to wrap the day.
Sunday was the time we really enjoyed the sun and the whole place. We were up as early as 6am to enjoy the morning breeze and sun. Some of us went to the pool, while most of us enjoyed the beach or just hang out at the cabanas.
An assignment was sent to me and was asking for me to write about bestonlineslotsrealmoney.com the other day. This is one out of the ten that was sent to be that'll be doing in the coming days. Deadlines for each are so close to each other that I am sort of swamped with things to write.

A Medicare part D plan sounds the best option for my uncle's problem. We've been exchanging e-mails for the past couple of days. He asked me for help in looking for an alternative health plan for him and my aunt. He said I am the only person he knows that can find things for him on the Internet. Their previous health plan has just expired. They've had a bit of trouble with it's processing system so they decided they'd find and subscribe to a new one.
I recently blogged about how I noticed there are random bands and artists who started following me on Twitter. One of them was Color Theory (Brian Hazard in real life, @colortheory on Twitter). And he just tweeted this press release he did for a website. I clicked it and this particular tweet of mine was featured as the opening photo for the article:
When an artist or a band follows me on Twitter, I really check their Twitter page and visit their website or MySpace page or whatever link they have on their profile and listen to a track or two of their masterpieces.
Color Theory describes his music as Electronic Indie Piano Pop and is heavily influenced by Depeche Mode. His Depeche Mode influence is really evident with his tracks. Some of his songs are great music when you want to unwind after a long day.
Know more about Color Theory and his music by visiting his page at http://colortheory.com/.
Last Tuesday, I suddenly had this craving for pancakes. Blueberry pancakes, pancakes with strawberries, banana pancake – pancakes! I asked my friends where’s the perfect place to get pancakes. Someone suggested Pancake House, but they take forever. So we went to the next place near our office to satisfy my craving: McDonalds. But it wasn’t enough.
Since my pancake cravings was not satisfied, I decided I’d make my own. My friend Olive suggested I make banana pancakes.
I bought all the ingredients yesterday: pancake mix, milk, butter, cooking oil and bananas. We have eggs at home so I did not include it on my shopping list.
The tip given to me was to make the batter a bit thick. And using milk instead of water made it easier to make the batter (water and batter: it rhymes!). I added a medium sized egg and three tablespoons of oil. I did not really measure the milk, though. I just poured it on the mix until I got the consistency that I wanted. And then I added slices of bananas with the batter.
Those pan cake molds is a must-have the next time I cook my pancakes. It turned out fine, but I want to make it perfect next time.
I have no idea how it happened and how they found me, but a lot of independent artists and bands from all around the world started following me on Twitter these past few days. I was finishing up an article on hgh reviews when I noticed new icons appeared on my followers table. New musician follower means new music! New music makes me happy. Visited each of their pages and listened to a track or two.
Some worth mentioning are @colortheory, @TheseWordsRock and @nastassiya.
My birthday is exactly 2 months and 4 days away. It had been sort of my tradition to list down the things I'd like to buy for myself every year. Or if a person who'll be celebrating their birthday would put it, these are the things I would also like to receive as gifts from friends (eheeem, eheeem) and loved ones. ;) I created this Birthday Wish List at Amazon.com and here are most of the things on my list:

I just had to stop and drop everything that I am doing (even the apidextra reviews due any minute now) when this came up on my Twitter feed:
latest full-length trailer of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 is out!
Hyperventilating (ok, this is a little bit exaggerated, but something near to that), I clicked the link and had the best two minutes of my week. Yahoo! had a write-up about it that there is a scene in the trailer, and of course part of the movie, that was added that apparently was not part of the book. There was also a warning that one must not view the trailer if they haven't read the book as there are key points in the story that were somewhat 'revealed' in the trailer. I spotted the 'new scene' when I first played it. How about you?
Though it wasn't necessary, I perfectly understand why that new scene was added. It adds a full-load of suspense and drama to the already-action-packed film.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 opens in theaters on July 15, 2011.
